When we say we have managed successful growth, we mean just that, from site selection, lease negotiations, heads of agreement, disclosure statements and lease reviews, design, fit outs and final sign off, inclusive of all the relevant certifications to ensure a smooth and timely opening.
In addition to the above, 1steppropertygroups rent negotiations have resulted in free rent periods for their clients now exceeding $1.1m to date, and fit out contributions exceeding $1.5m, with rent reductions achieved over the terms of their leases now exceeding $3.0m.
